No output creates a professional client, fiduciary or advisory relationship. Obtain appropriately qualified advice where the project, tender, contract or decision requires it.

No guarantee of outcome

A “submit”, “hold”, benchmark position, margin calculation or confidence label is not a recommendation. It does not guarantee that a bid is correct, compliant, competitive, profitable or likely to win. A tender can fail for reasons Coira cannot observe, including quality, programme, exclusions, risk allocation, procurement rules and competitor strategy.

Data and comparison limits

• Public award notices can be incomplete, delayed, corrected or differently scoped.
• Contract values may include different combinations of VAT, fees, enabling works, inflation, options or lifecycle services.
• Project classification and named comparables involve judgement and may not match every user’s interpretation.
• Historic inflation adjustments and published rates do not capture every local or current market movement.
• A wider comparable scope may be used where selected-category coverage is limited; the report identifies this when triggered.

Your responsibility

Before relying on an output, you must independently check:

• the tender documents, scope, drawings, specifications and contract conditions;
• the accuracy and basis of every value you entered;
• VAT, professional fees, inflation, exclusions, risk allowances and programme effects;
• supplier and subcontractor quotations, resource constraints and current market conditions; and
• the arithmetic, compliance and commercial approval of the final submission.

AI assisted output

Any feature identified as AI assisted can produce plausible but incorrect, incomplete or outdated content. Treat it as a draft for human review. Verify all facts and calculations, and do not use it as the sole basis for a tender or investment decision.

Confidential information

The current Bid Review flow processes submitted fields to generate the response and does not intentionally save them to your account or the application database. This does not remove your responsibility to avoid entering information you are not authorised to disclose.

Information entered into a feature expressly identified as AI assisted may be sent to the named AI provider as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Time-sensitive outputs

Cost data, market conditions, tax treatment, regulations and procurement rules change. An output is a snapshot generated from the information and data available at that time. Re-run and re-verify it when the project or market changes.
